Our mission at Simigence is to innovate technology that will fundamentally change the world for the better. We are reverse engineering the brain to simultaneously solve two problems: to understand how our brain works and to enable computers to do what human brains do.

Simigence is innovating the future of Simulated Intelligence (SI) by designing Neuroanatomically Based System (NABS) software architectures that mimic the human brain. NABS architectures are the only guaranteed approach to cognition in computers.

The difference between Simulated Intelligence (SI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is ultimately in the means not in the end.  Simulated intelligence and artificial intelligence are both approaches to solving the same problems.  While artificial intelligence allows for an infinite number of possible implementations to solve those problems, simulated intelligence requires a single implementation: simulating the human brain.
